Hey! My name is Lauren and I’m the owner of Hippie Van Cake Studio. I dedicated my bakery to my mom who was diagnosed with celiac disease when she turned 40. After seeing her struggle with finding desserts that were actually delicious, I decided to change that.
We started going g-free in 2019, after seeing the struggle that those who have celiac disease or are on a gluten free diet. Using my training in culinary school, I tested numerous recipes and altered all of them to make them truly delicious, even so most people cannot tell that the desserts are gluten-free. We will always stay true to one thing. “Always Delicious, Always Gluten Free”.
We are currently operating under a Cottage Law License, which means we are NOT subject to inspection by the Southern Nevada Health District.
